Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfume oils and for hygiene reasons, Wou Luxury Attar Scents does not offer refunds on any opened or used products.

 

All sales are considered final once an order has been dispatched.

 

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing, as scent preference is personal and subjective.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

 

 

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution where applicable.

 

 

Duplicate Payments

 

 

If a duplicate payment occurs through a third-party payment provider (such as PayPal), refunds must be processed directly through the payment provider.

 

Wou Luxury Attar Scents reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
