Wou Luxury Attar Scents currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

 

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are typically within 1–2 working days, although delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with Royal Mail. Wou Luxury Attar Scents cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or redirected once dispatched.

 

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
