Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

I was charged twice for my order

If payment was made via PayPal or another third-party provider, duplicate charges must be resolved directly through the provider.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail First Class.

 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is typically 1–2 working days, though times may vary depending on location or other circumstances outside our control.

 

My tracking hasn’t updated / shows delivered but I haven’t received my parcel

Royal Mail tracking usually updates once a delivery attempt has been made. Please check with neighbours or household members. If your parcel is still missing, contact Royal Mail for further delivery information.

 

I entered the wrong delivery address

If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned to us before it can be resent. If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately.

I received the wrong item

The rollerball isn’t working properly

Rollerballs are fitted tightly to prevent leakage during transit. Press the bottle gently against a firm surface to loosen it. If the issue continues, contact us with your order details.

Why does the scent fade on my skin?

Perfume oils perform best on warm skin. Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck, or behind the ears for optimal longevity.

 

Why does the colour of my oil vary?

Natural ingredients can vary in colour between batches. This does not affect the scent or quality of the attar.

 

Are your attars vegan, halal, and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Wou Luxury Attar Scents are alcohol-free, vegan, halal, and cruelty-free.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the scent?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.
